Our unitree g1 rental usa service runs across the 48 contiguous states in 2026. Whether you are booking a trade show in Chicago, a product reveal in Los Angeles, or a corporate event in Atlanta, we ship and staff the G1 humanoid robot to your venue. Below you will find where we operate, how freight logistics work, and what to plan for before you request a date.

What You Should Know

Before getting into city lists and freight routes, here are the key facts that shape every booking we take in the United States.

  • 48 contiguous states only. We deliver the Unitree G1 everywhere in the continental US. Alaska and Hawaii require ocean or air freight that falls outside our current logistics model.
  • Two service types. Self-Service Rental starts from $299/day with a 3-day minimum — you operate the robot on-site. Full-Service Event includes our operator; pricing for that tier requires a quote based on your event spec.
  • The G1 is 35 kg and 127 cm tall. It moves at up to 2 m/s and runs for roughly 2 hours per battery charge. These numbers define what venues work and how many swap batteries your event needs.
  • Freight is coordinated by us. We arrange all inbound and outbound shipping. You do not source a carrier separately.
  • Lead time matters. High-demand cities like Las Vegas and New York fill quickly around major trade show dates. Same-day delivery is sometimes possible, but advance booking is always safer.
  • No Alaska or Hawaii. This is worth repeating because we get asked often. Both are out of scope for now.

US Coverage: The 48 Contiguous States

ZMProbots ships the Unitree G1 to all 48 contiguous US states. That covers everything from Maine to California, from Minnesota to Florida, and every state in between. If your venue has a loading dock or ground-floor access, we can get the robot there.

Coverage does not mean equal logistics, though. States within a few hours of our regional hubs get faster turnaround and lower freight costs. States on the geographic fringes — Montana, Wyoming, the Dakotas — are fully covered but require more planning time and may involve longer transit windows. We factor that into the booking timeline we give you upfront.

A few realities worth knowing about cross-country shipping:

  • The G1 travels in a custom flight case. The case is rated for ground freight and air cargo.
  • Battery packs ship under hazardous materials rules for lithium batteries. We handle all documentation.
  • We always build in at least one buffer day before your event starts. Robot arrives, we power it on, we confirm it is performing correctly before you have guests in the room.

For events across multiple states in the same trip — a regional tour, for example — we plan the routing so the robot moves venue to venue without returning to base. This is more common than people expect and is something we have done across the Northeast, the Southeast, and the Midwest corridors.

The full 2026 event rental guide has more on how multi-state tours are structured from a logistics standpoint, including staging days and what happens when a venue falls through.

Major Cities and Event Hubs

While we cover all 48 states, the following cities generate the bulk of our US bookings. Each has its own event calendar, venue density, and logistics quirks.

Las Vegas, NV — The highest-volume market for us. CES in January, NAB in April, and a calendar full of corporate events make this a near-permanent booking window. Our Las Vegas operator experience covers the specifics of running the G1 at convention center scale. Advance booking here is essential — available windows close faster than any other city on this list.

New York, NY — Strong demand from financial services, fashion, media, and experiential agencies. Manhattan venues often have freight elevator restrictions that require coordination a few days in advance. Brooklyn and the outer boroughs are accessible but require separate logistics planning.

Los Angeles, CA — Film, tech, and entertainment events dominate the calendar. The G1 has appeared at brand activations, product reveals, and corporate conferences across LA County. Traffic windows matter — we always build transit buffer into LA schedules.

Chicago, IL — McCormick Place is one of the largest convention centers in North America, and we have done bookings there for trade shows and corporate events. The Midwest location also makes Chicago a practical staging hub for Midwest regional tours.

Miami, FL — A fast-growing market for us. Miami bookings tend to cluster around auto shows, yacht launches, and luxury brand pop-ups. Outdoor events are common here; we assess temperature and humidity conditions for every outdoor deployment.

Boston, MA — One of our steadiest markets. Boston bookings skew toward pharmaceutical conferences, university events, and healthcare trade shows. The academic and biotech density in the metro area makes it a strong recurring market.

San Francisco, CA — Tech conferences and corporate events in the Bay Area. Moscone Center is the main anchor venue. We also cover South Bay and Peninsula venues for tech company events.

Dallas, TX — The Dallas-Fort Worth metro is a major hub for corporate events, and the convention center footprint here is large. Texas demand extends to Austin and Houston for tech and energy sector events.

Seattle, WA — Tech sector demand from the companies headquartered there. Wet weather means we plan carefully for any outdoor-adjacent staging areas.

Atlanta, GA — Georgia World Congress Center draws large trade shows, and Atlanta is a practical hub for Southeast regional coverage. Events in Charlotte, Nashville, and Orlando often get routed through Atlanta logistics.

Not on this list? We still cover your city. These ten just happen to be the ones that come up most often. According to Event Marketer, experiential tech activations grew significantly across all US metros in 2025 — demand is no longer concentrated in a few major markets.

Delivery, Setup, and Logistics

Getting a 35 kg humanoid robot to a venue anywhere in the US involves more than booking a courier. Here is how our standard logistics process works and what you should factor into your event planning.

Inbound transit

We ship via ground freight for most domestic bookings. Air cargo is available for urgent timelines. Transit times vary by distance and carrier availability, but we always target arrival at least one full day before your event start date. That buffer day is not optional — it is how we guarantee the robot is tested and ready when guests arrive.

Venue requirements

The G1 case fits through a standard double door and in most freight elevators. We need ground-floor or elevator access to the event floor. Stairs are not workable. A flat, firm surface is required for the robot to walk — carpet is fine, thick padding or gravel is not. We ask venues for a floor plan in advance for any full-day deployment.

Power and staging

The G1 charges from a standard 120V outlet. We bring a spare battery pack on all bookings. During a full-day event, expect one battery swap roughly every 2 hours of active operation. We time those swaps during natural breaks in your agenda — setup changes, lunch, transitions between sessions.

Operator model

Self-Service Rental includes a technical onboarding session before your event. You or a designated team member controls the robot on-site. Full-Service Event means our operator is present for the full engagement window and handles all G1 operation. The humanoid robot rental FAQ covers the questions we get most often about both models.

Return logistics

After your event, we coordinate pickup. You do not ship the robot back yourself. We arrange inbound and outbound. Build your event timeline around the outbound pickup window we confirm at booking, not around a self-managed return.

Robotics industry coverage on IEEE Spectrum notes that logistics complexity — not robot capability — is the most common operational bottleneck for humanoid robot deployments in 2025 and 2026. Planning the logistics side as carefully as the programming side is what separates successful deployments from stressful ones.

People Also Ask

Do you deliver to all 50 US states?

We deliver to all 48 contiguous US states. Alaska and Hawaii are not currently in our service area due to the shipping complexity and cost involved with those routes.

What is the minimum rental period for the Unitree G1 in the US?

Self-Service Rental has a 3-day minimum. Full-Service Event pricing is quoted based on your specific event requirements — there is no single minimum for that tier because the scope varies significantly by event.

How far in advance do I need to book?

For events in high-demand cities like Las Vegas during trade show season, we recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks out. For other markets, 2-3 weeks is typically enough. Shorter lead times may work depending on availability, but they carry more risk of the date being taken.

Can the G1 travel to multiple cities on a single rental?

Yes. Multi-city tours are a service we offer. The robot ships venue to venue under our coordination. You get a single booking that covers the full tour. The robot rental for events guide has a section on multi-city logistics.

What kind of venues work for the G1 in the US?

Convention centers, hotel ballrooms, corporate offices, retail spaces, and outdoor tented events all work well. The main requirements are a hard or carpeted flat floor, elevator or ground-floor access, and a standard 120V power outlet within reasonable distance of the staging area.
