Why rent
Most teams don't need to own a humanoid robot.
They need the moment. Renting is faster, cheaper, and zero maintenance — the same impact without the ownership burden.
Owning a humanoid robot is a project. Renting one is a Tuesday.
You book it Monday. It walks into your event Tuesday. We collect it Wednesday. No storage. No maintenance. No quote calls.
This is the robot.
Five-finger dexterous hands. 41 degrees of freedom. NVIDIA Jetson Orin AI on board. Walks, waves, holds a stance for the photo. The same robot — whether you buy it or rent it. Renting just skips the $70,000 commitment and the year of upkeep that comes with it.
Rent vs buy
The outcome, not the asset.
Most clients we talk to want what the robot does for one event — not the responsibility of owning it for life.

The math
What buying actually costs.
The sticker price is just the start. Owning a humanoid robot means paying for the things nobody mentions in the brochure.
- $70,000+ to buy outright — before tax, shipping, or import
- A clean indoor space large enough to walk it and store it
- Routine servicing, joint calibration, and firmware updates
- Insurance and depreciation on the asset
- Someone on your team trained to operate it — or a contractor every time you use it
- Logistics each time you move it: packing, transport, setup, breakdown
If you're using a robot once a quarter for an event, the math doesn't break in favour of owning. Rent it. Run the event. Move on.
Built-in protection
Renting a $70,000 robot doesn't have to feel risky.
Every booking includes ZMP Protection by default. If accidental damage happens during approved use, your responsibility caps at the refundable deposit — not the value of the robot. Want zero out-of-pocket exposure? Add ZMP Protection+ at checkout for 15% of the daily rate.
Common questions
Should I rent or buy?
I'm using the robot once or twice a year. Should I buy?
No. For occasional use, renting wins on every measure — cost, logistics, maintenance, storage. Buy only if you need the robot weekly for ongoing R&D, demos, or production work.
What if I want to rent it multiple times in a year?
Even four to five rentals a year usually costs less than ownership when you factor in storage, maintenance, insurance, and operator time. Talk to us — we can run the numbers for your specific use case.
Can I rent it for a long project?
Yes, up to 30 days at the standard daily rate. For longer projects, get in touch — we work out custom-length rentals for production, education, and research clients.
What happens if something goes wrong during my rental?
Call our 24/7 support line — you get the number the moment your rental starts. Real humans, every day of your booking, including weekends and public holidays.
