Robot rental for events
The robot every guest will film.
Two ways to book it. Pick the one that fits.
Every event looks the same.
Bigger venue. Better DJ. Another photo booth. The bill goes up. The guests still scroll past every photo on Monday.
The thing that stops the room is something none of them have ever seen in person.
Weddings & private events
Bride walks in. Two hours later, the robot walks in. Your wedding becomes the one everyone is talking about.
Trade shows & exhibitions
Your booth becomes the booth with the queue. Every other stand competes with banners. You don't.
Brand launches & activations
Product drop. Store opening. Campaign reveal. The video is on every feed before the event ends.
Multi-day campaigns & content shoots
Three days at your retail flagship. A week of content production. A two-week pop-up residency. You operate the robot.
The video posts itself.
Guests film. Guests share. Your event ends up across every feed before it's over.
The booth gets the queue.
Other stands compete with banners. You compete with a walking humanoid. The leads find you.
The story everyone tells Monday.
"Did you see the robot at [your event]?" — that's the line you paid for.
The Unitree G1.
The humanoid robot you've seen in viral dance videos and global concerts.
The only one you can rent.

What events work best with a humanoid robot?
Weddings, trade shows, brand launches, product reveals, retail activations, conference keynotes, store openings — any event where stopping the room matters. If a guest would film it and post it, the robot fits.
How long does the operator stay?
Up to 8 hours of active performance time. Setup and tear-down don't count against your 8 hours — that's separate. Add Extended Hours at checkout if your event runs longer (up to 4 extra hours).
Will the operator follow our event schedule?
Yes. The operator coordinates with your event lead 90 minutes before doors open and runs performances on your cue throughout the day. You can hand them a written schedule or call performances live.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance for the venue?
Yes — included free for Full-Service Event bookings. Email [email protected] at least 48 hours before delivery if your venue requires one.
What if our event is outdoors?
The G1 is not weather-rated. Outdoor performance is only possible under solid cover (tent, marquee, awning) on a level dry surface. Open-air events with rain or grass are not workable.
Can guests interact with the robot?
Yes, at controlled times. Photo ops, handshakes, and brief interactions are managed by the operator. Guests stay outside the run zone during active performance — that's the operator's job to enforce.
Can the robot speak?
The robot plays pre-recorded audio (announcements, sound effects, music) but doesn't generate live speech. If you need spoken dialogue, we record it in advance and program it into the routine.
Can the robot do something specific for our brand?
Yes. Full-Service customers can add a at checkout — a 60–90 second pre-programmed sequence designed around your brand moment, rehearsed before delivery.
What happens if the robot is damaged at our event?
Damage cover is included on every booking. Your liability is capped at the refundable deposit. We absorb the rest.
How quickly can I book a robot for my event?
Booking takes about two minutes. Pick your dates on the booking page and you'll see live availability for your region. Most markets have capacity within 2–3 weeks. Lock your date before it goes.
