  5. At the end of the booking, you repack the robot using the same transit packaging. We arrange collection. The robot ships back.

The Refundable Deposit of $1,000 is returned after the robot is inspected post-collection, typically within 5 business days of return. Provided no Excluded Events are documented on the Handover Record, the full deposit comes back.

ZMP Robots delivers the Unitree G1 to four regions, with no surcharge for any of them:

  • United States — all 48 contiguous states. Alaska and Hawaii are not covered under standard delivery terms.
  • Canada — all provinces and territories served by standard freight networks.
  • United Kingdom — mainland England, Scotland, and Wales. Northern Ireland and Channel Islands available on request.
  • EU member states — all 27 EU countries. VAT handling varies by country and will be reflected in your invoice.
