How long can I rent a humanoid robot for?
Rentals are available from a minimum of 3 days up to a maximum of 30 days. You choose your exact start and return dates during the online booking process.

Do I need technical experience to rent a humanoid robot?
No. You do not need any technical background. A user guide is provided after booking. If you would prefer hands-on support, Certified Operator Setup is available as an optional add-on — a certified technician attends delivery and provides up to 60 minutes of on-site guidance.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible. Humanoid robot inventory is limited and dates fill quickly, especially around large events, trade shows, and holiday seasons. Booking early locks in your preferred dates and model.
Are weekends included in humanoid robot rental?
Yes. Rental periods can span weekends — the robot stays with you over weekends and counts toward your rental days. However, deliveries and collections are not carried out on weekends or public holidays.
Do you offer humanoid robot hire as well as rental?
"Hire" and "rent" mean the same thing in our service. Whether you call it humanoid robot hire, humanoid hire, or humanoid robot rental — the booking process is identical. Pick your dates, pay online, we deliver.
Can I lease a humanoid robot instead of renting short-term?
We rent — we don't lease. Maximum rental is 30 days. If you need a humanoid robot for longer than that, contact us before booking and tell us about your project. We may be able to suggest a different arrangement, but we won't commit to one over a contact form.
What happens if I need help during my rental?
You can reach us through the Contact page at any point during your rental. Customers with an active or past booking also have access to 24/7 support — sign in to your account to see the support number.
What happens if the robot is damaged during my rental?
Every booking includes ZMP Protection, which caps your financial exposure for accidental damage during approved use at the Refundable Deposit amount. Excluded Events — misuse, operating outside the approved location, unapproved modifications, and theft or loss through negligence — remain your responsibility (the full list lives on the ZMP Protection page and in your Rental Terms Agreement). If you want zero out-of-pocket exposure on accidental damage during approved use, add ZMP Protection+ at checkout for 15% of the daily rate — the Refundable Deposit is then returned in full on clean return.
How does the Refundable Deposit work?
The Refundable Deposit is charged at checkout and released back to you after the robot is collected and inspected. Under ZMP Protection (included with every booking), the deposit is applied against the cost of any accidental damage up to its value, and the remainder is returned. Add ZMP Protection+ (15% of the daily rate) and accidental damage during approved use is fully on us — the deposit is returned in full on clean return.
