How does this work?
Pick your dates on the booking page, see the total live, confirm — same flow as booking a flight. The robot arrives on your delivery date; on Self-Service Rental you operate it yourself, on Full-Service Event a trained operator runs it. See how it works →
How long can I rent for?
Self-Service Rental: 3 to 30 days. Full-Service Event: 1 to 3 days, up to 8 hours per day with a trained operator on-site.
Do I need to handle pickup or return — and are there extra delivery fees?
No on both. Door-to-door delivery and collection are part of every booking — no extra fees, no shipping costs, no logistics calls.
Do you ship robots across countries?
No. We're the platform — we don't own robots. Each booking is fulfilled by a certified supplier in your own country or region, so there's no cross-border shipping, no customs, no surprises.
What robot do you rent?

Do I need technical experience to use the robot?
Full-Service Event — no, a trained operator runs it for you. Self-Service Rental — no specialised knowledge needed. Every booking includes hands-on Pro Setup & Training on delivery day.
What happens if the robot is damaged during my booking?
Every booking includes ZMP Protection — your financial exposure for accidental damage during approved use is capped at the Refundable Deposit. Full details on the ZMP Protection page.
