The process

Everything happens online. We handle delivery, handover, and collection — you focus on using the robot.

Pick Your Robot

  • Browse the catalog and choose the robot that fits your needs.
  • Each robot page shows what it is good for, key details, optional extras, and live availability.
  • Suitable for events, research, campaigns, content creation, hospitality, and private occasions.

Select Your Dates

  • Choose your rental period directly on the robot's page — no forms, no calls.
  • Minimum rental: 3 days — Maximum rental: 30 days.
  • No weekend or public holiday delivery or collection.
  • The calendar shows exactly which dates are available in real time.

Book and Pay Online

  • Complete your booking at checkout — no waiting, no approval steps.
  • You pay the full rental amount, refundable security deposit, and any optional extras selected.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
  • Booking confirmation is sent to your email instantly.

Delivery and Handover

  • We deliver the robot to your approved address on the agreed date.
  • The person receiving must match the booking name — a government-issued ID may be checked.
  • You sign the handover documents and the robot condition is recorded.
  • If selected, Certified Operator Setup is carried out at delivery.

Use the Robot

  • Use the robot during your rental period in line with the approved use rules.
  • Manuals and operating instructions are provided after booking is confirmed.
  • Some models allow custom programming or movement sequences — check each robot page for details.

Collection or Extension

  • We collect the robot from your agreed location at the end of the rental period.
  • If you need it longer, contact us before the end date — extensions depend on availability.
  • Extensions must be approved in writing before the original end date.

Good to know

Important notes

  • Delivery and collection are included in the price of every rental.
  • If you want multiple robots, each robot must be booked separately.
  • Customers may move the robot only within the original booking city or approved local service area.
  • Do not operate the robot outside that area or update country/region settings without prior written approval.
