After return, we may review technical data where reasonably necessary for support, diagnostics, safety, incident review, claims, return handling, or recovery. We may also erase, reset, or reformat robot-stored data after return.

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including bookings and support, payment and refund records, disputes and claims, legal and compliance obligations, and fraud prevention. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the reason it was collected.
